How it Works
Our 4-Step
Coating Process
Expertly Installed. Beautifully Finished.
Step 1
Every project begins with a detailed assessment of your existing concrete. We inspect for cracks, moisture issues, and surface integrity to ensure proper preparation and product selection.
Step 2
We diamond grind the surface to open up the pores of the concrete for maximum adhesion. Cracks and imperfections are repaired using industrial-grade fillers to create a smooth, uniform base.
Step 3
A high-performance epoxy or poly base coat is applied, followed by a full broadcast of your selected vinyl chip flakes. This step adds texture, color, and strength to your floor.
Step 4
Once cured, excess flakes are scraped and removed. We then apply a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that seals the surface, enhances durability, and gives your floor a beautiful, long-lasting finish.
